You can download the Android and iOS applications from the Google Play Store and App Store respectively.  

Alternatively, you can control your devices via the MTronic Web Portal. 

After downloading the application, simply follow the steps below:

1. Open your application and tap on the Sign Up option at the bottom of the screen.

This opens a Sign Up screen.

2. Enter your Name, Email, and Password in the respective fields.

3. Mark the checkbox regarding acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. Lastly, tap on the Sign Up button.

The application sends a 6-digit code to your email address.

5. Enter the code in the MTronic application and tap on the Verify button.

This completes the signup process.

The password for your MTronic account must contain the following: 

1. At least 8 characters 

2. At least 1 uppercase letter 

3. At least 1 lowercase letter 

4. At least 1 special character 

5. At least 1 number 

In case you forgot your MTronic account password, follow the steps below: 

1. Open your MTronic application. 

2. Tap on the Forgot your password? option on the Sign in screen.  

3. Enter your email and tap on the Next button. 

4. Enter the new password. Re-enter it and tap on the Reset Password button to complete the process. 

The application sends a 6-digit code to your email address. 

5. Enter the code and tap on the Verify button. 

This completes the password reset process. 

To reset your password, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your application by entering your registered Email and Password. 

2. Tap on the sidebar icon in the top left corner of the home screen to open the sidebar. 

3. Tap on the Profile option from the sidebar. 

4. Tap on the Change Password option. 

This opens the Change Password screen. 

5. Enter your Old Password, New Password, and re-enter the new password. 

6. Lastly, tap on the Update button to complete the process.

To change your display name in the application, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your application by entering your registered Email and Password. 

2. Tap on the sidebar icon in the top left corner of the home screen to open the sidebar. 

3. Tap on the Profile option from the sidebar. 

4. Enter the updated name in the first input field. 

5. Lastly, tap on the Save button to complete the process. 

To change your display image in the application, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your application by entering your registered Email and Password. 

2. Tap on the sidebar icon in the top left corner of the home screen to open the sidebar. 

3. Tap on the Profile option from the sidebar. 

4. Tap on the Edit icon on the display image. 

5. Upload the new image from the device. 

Note: The file size must be less than 3MB.

6. Once the image is uploaded, tap on the Save button to complete the process.

Our Touch Panels come in three different variants, from 1 Gang to 3 Gang. Each Gang can handle up to 2A @ 230V AC resistive load. However, for high power loads, we have Power Panel with 16A max load capacity.
