To connect the MHub with the application, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the application by entering your registered Email and Password.
2. Tap on the + icon located in the top-right corner of the home screen.
3. If the MHub isn’t already connected, a popup displays to connect the MHub. Tap on the Add button. In case an MHub is already connected and you intend to connect it again, select Device from the Add new popup and select MHub from Devices.
4. If you are logging into the app for the first time, it prompts you for permission to access the location and nearby devices. Allow the application with the required permissions to proceed further.
5. Ensure the device’s wireless mesh is turned on to perform the provisioning. If not, the application prompts you to turn it on.
6. If the MHub is not available for connection, insert a pin in the hole at the device’s back to press and hold its reset button for 5 seconds to make it available.
7. A prompt displays once the MHub is found in the network and is ready to pair. Tap on the Pair button to initiate pairing.
The application undergoes a few steps to complete the pairing.
8. Once the MHub is successfully paired, tap on the Next button.
9. Enter a name (maximum 26 characters) for the MHub and tap on the Save button.
10. Select a Wi-Fi® network to connect the MHub with.
11. Enter the Wi-Fi® password and tap on the Save button.
12. Wait for a few seconds to make the MHub accessible through the application.
