Smart Thermostat is a central control unit for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of the building. The device can control the heating, ventilation, and cooling units with respect to the difference between the set and detected temperatures.
It is a combination of three MTronic devices:
1. HVAC Touch Panel
2. HVAC Controller
3. Temperature and Humidity Sensor
It gets connected to MHub and can be controlled via Wireless Mesh Technology.
HVAC Touch Panel
This is the display and control unit that gets connected to the HVAC Controller and Temperature and Humidity Sensor (via wireless mesh connection). From the HVAC Touch Panel, you can view the detected and set temperature. Along with that, you can enable the desired Mode and Fan Setting with a single tap.
HVAC Controller
This is a relay board, which connects wirelessly with the HVAC Touch Panel and controls the connected heating and cooling equipment based on the commands received from the panel.
Temperature Sensor
This sensor detects the temperature and humidity level of the space and communicates it to the HVAC Touch Panel. The Touch Panel can then send the command to turn on/off the equipment to the HVAC Controller based on the difference between the detected and set temperature.
